Let us use prompts
I found myself multiple times wanting to give the AI a prompt on how it should generate the quiz, what audience it is for (think highschool, uni, your master, …) to regulate difficulty or what topics from the PDF it should focus on

Would you like to use prompts, because we often see users just to use the default. Or would you like to select difficulty with a slider and select for what exam your preparing? But I'm really open for any ideas on how to solve it!

When using Notebook LM by Google, another AI product to help me study, I tell it to make everything for a student of the major I am currently studying. Specifically „this is intended for someone studying xyz, please go in-depth and stay on topic for what is relevant for this major.“ Otherwise, it loves to make the result too general. It happens with every AI from my experience. So a slider (or maybe in the sign up process, asking you are studying for) or a prompt option to explicitly tell it what you are majoring in so exams are tailored to this level of difficulty and needed topics, are all different solutions to this issue. The question on how to solve this best is above my grade 😅

I get what you mean! We will discuss it internally and make the generations more tailored to the specific needs!
