I tried to upload file for this month. It kept showing error and did not let me update but still count that I have upload 7/25 times while none of them succesful upload.

Hi Giang, thank you for reporting this and I’m really sorry for the trouble with your uploads and the incorrect 7/25 counter. We’ve recently switched our AI infrastructure, which unfortunately caused a temporary bug with the monthly file uploads. This issue should now be resolved, so you should be able to upload your file for this month without errors. To fix the incorrect upload count and make sure you don’t lose any generations, please send an email from the address linked to your StudyPDF account to support@studypdf.net.
