cannot upload a pdf file
even though I have Ultra plan when I try to upload a pdf file it says monthly upload limit reached and plan pop-up screen shows up.I checked my billing which is also seems paid but I still cannot upload any files due to monthly limit reached error

I have the same problem, which is really annoying so short before my exams. Im hoping for a quick fix
